Our standard policy requires a non-refundable downpayment of $1000 ($2000 for
Christmas holiday stays or visits valued over $10,000) at the time your reservation is
made. The balance of your visit is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Please contact us as
your travel plans solidify so that we may alert you regarding other travelers considering the
same dates.
We request a credit card (Mastercard or Visa) to secure a damage deposit of $500 upon
your arrival. We authorize your card on the day of your arrival, and it is removed 1 week
after your stay automatically after review of the home. We do require that you sign an
agreement regarding your Vacation Home Rental, and return that to us prior to your stay. It
provides more in-depth information regarding the features of the home, check-out
procedures, and cancellation policies.
Pets and Smoking
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. All properties are NON-SMOKING, no
exceptions. Violators are required to pay a substantial cleaning/deodorizing fee.
Housekeeping
Prior to your arrival, your vacation home is cleaned and supplied with fresh linens & towels.
Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available upon request, for an additional fee.
Insufficient Funds Checks
$35 service fee per check will be charged.
