To Make Your Reservation
Nightly rates vary depending on the time of year, the length of your stay, and the size of your group. Additional
rates may apply for less than minimum night stays. Please contact us by email or phone for quotes on our
beautiful home for your next adventure in the picturesque Rocky mountains.
Our standard policy requires a deposit of $1000 ($2000 for Christmas holiday stays or visits valued over
$10000). The balance of your visit is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Please contact us as your travel plans
solidify so that we may alert you regarding other travelers considering the same dates.
We do not collect a damage deposit or charge additional cleaning fees with the minimum night reservation.
We do require that you sign an agreement about the condition of the home upon your departure and
guarantee it with a credit card prior to your arrival.
Accepted Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, Master Card and Visa.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, all monies are non-refundable after 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival, unless your
exact dates can be re-booked. If we can re-book your exact dates, all monies received to date less a 10%
handling fee will be returned. All monies received will be returned no later than the first day of your original
reservation. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
We strongly recommend you secure your vacation reservation with travel insurance.
Minimum Nights
A cleaning surcharge may be applied for stays of under 6 Nights.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is 4:00 P.M. on your arrival date. Checkout is by 10:00 A.M. on your departure date. We can certainly
be flexible on the times should our housekeeping schedule allow it.
Pets and Smoking
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. All properties are NON-SMOKING, no exceptions. Violators
are required to pay a substantial cleaning/deodorizing fee.
Housekeeping
Prior to your arrival, your vacation home is cleaned and supplied with fresh linens & towels. Daily
housekeeping is not included, but is available upon request, for an additional fee.
Insufficient Funds Checks
$35 service fee per check will be charged.
